Instrument verification and register of persons

Someone has handed you a document.
Is it genuine?

This is the verification desk of Eurabelt Fuels Ltd. Every instrument this company issues carries a permanent reference and an electronic seal, and every person authorised to present one carries a permanent identification number. Both can be checked here, by anybody, without an account and without contacting us.

If what you hold does not check out on this page, it did not come from us — whatever the signature, the logo or the documents attached to it.

1 — Verify an instrument

Enter the reference printed on the document. Introducer Agreements read EBF-INTR-…; product schedules end in -P01.

Tells you whether the instrument exists, whether its seal matches the record, and whether it is in force, awaiting attestation, or void. It discloses no commercial terms.

2 — Check a person

Enter the Eurabelt Identification Number of anyone claiming to act for this company, or browse the 7 people currently on the register.

Their profile states the capacity they hold and — just as plainly — what that capacity does not permit them to do. Open the full register.

3 — Register an introduction

For appointed introducers only. An introduction confers nothing until it is registered here, before the counterparty is approached.

Why there is no signature on our documents

Eurabelt Fuels Ltd executes its instruments by electronic seal in the name of the company, not by the signature of any individual — the same method used by company registries and governmental issuing authorities, and recognised for legal persons under Regulation (EU) 910/2014 (eIDAS) Article 35 and its retained UK equivalent under Electronic Communications Act 2000.

A document from this company will therefore never carry a handwritten signature, and nobody here will ask you to print, sign and scan one. If you are asked to, that request did not come from us. Acceptance is recorded instead as an electronic attestation with a timestamped audit trail, which carries the same legal effect as a signed original.

The seal is what makes a document tamper-evident: alter one character of a delivered copy and the digest printed on it no longer matches the record held here. That is what the verify box above actually tests.

We do not conduct official business over WhatsApp. Eurabelt Fuels Ltd does not, as a matter of company policy, engage via WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal or any other instant messaging service for official communications, and no country head, representative, introducer or other registered person is authorised to do so. Every official communication is sent and received by email on a company domain. Anyone contacting you about this company through a messaging application, or inviting you into a messaging group, is not conducting authorised business — whatever name they are using and whatever documents they show you. Telephone numbers are deliberately not published.

Every named individual at Eurabelt Fuels Ltd — in any registered capacity — writes from firstname.lastname@eurabeltfuels.com, and from no other address. Compliance, legal and system-generated mail arrives from the company's other official domains (@eurabeltfuels.eu, @eurabeltfuels.uk, @eurabeltfuels.co.uk, @eurabeltfuels.ca, @eurabeltfuels.co.za). Anything from outside this list is not from us.

Anything inconsistent with the above should be reported to compliance@eurabeltfuels.eu, which is answered by a person.
